As a Data Coordinator at Avalon Consulting Group, a full-service fundraising consulting agency, you'll support our Analytics team by coordinating database projects and ensuring the quality of our clients' fundraising campaign data. Responsibilities
Client Data Management - Review and ensure accuracy of data files before importing. Coordinate across teams and provide status updates.
Quality Control - Verify data completeness, accuracy, and calculations, suggesting improvements as needed.
Project Coordination - Track deadlines, manage follow-ups, and send status reports on budgets, data requests, and analytics projects.
Analytics Support - Assist with client deliverables and participate in industry and internal training.
Requirements
At least one (1) year of experience providing support in a professional setting, including managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines, and working across teams.
Proficiency with and comfort using Excel is required.
Prior experience working with/in databases, assessing data quality, organizing large quantities of data with appropriate measures for backup and quality control, and researching and resolving data inconsistencies.
Experience with SQL, Tableau, and/or Excel macros, and a working understanding of nonprofit fundraising and the data involved are a plus!
