<p>7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, every other weekend required.</p>
<h2 style="font-size: 20px;font-weight: bold;margin-top: 20px;margin-bottom: 8px">Job Description</h2>
<p>The Registered Nurse will administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques and facility policies. This role involves preparing equipment for physician treatments, observing and recording resident conditions, and consulting with the Shift Supervisor on nursing issues.</p>
<h2 style="font-size: 20px;font-weight: bold;margin-top: 20px;margin-bottom: 8px">Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Administer medications and treatments to residents.</li>
<li>Prepare equipment and assist during physician treatments and examinations.</li>
<li>Monitor and record significant conditions, notifying the necessary parties of any changes.</li>
<li>Take vital signs and assess the condition of residents.</li>
<li>Coordinate nursing services and assign duties to ensure resident needs are met.</li>
<li>Participate in training and evaluation of nursing personnel.</li>
<li>Document admissions, discharges, transfers, and incidents according to facility policies.</li>
<li>Participate in the care plan process, completing nursing assessments and care plans timely.</li>
</ul>
<h2 style="font-size: 20px;font-weight: bold;margin-top: 20px;margin-bottom: 8px">Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure</h2>
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience in Long Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or Medical-Surgical setting.</li>
<li>BLS certification from AHA.</li>
<li>Must have completed at least one successful travel assignment as a Registered Nurse.</li>
<li>Active Michigan RN license.</li>
<li>COVID vaccination status (if applicable).</li>
