About the Role

This is a light but high-impact role (approximately 5 hours per week) ideal for a seasoned ads manager who can work independently, make smart decisions with minimal oversight, and consistently deliver results. - Flag underperforming creatives or audiences and recommend adjustments

- Ensure all ads comply with Meta's healthcare and sensitive topic advertising policies

- Coordinate with our team on any copy, creative, or budget changes as needed

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience running Meta Ads campaigns, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or a similarly sensitive vertical (with understanding navigating their health-related policies)

- Strong understanding of audience targeting, lookalike audiences, and demographic segmentation
