This role owns the mechanics of the IT governance process — intake management, tracker maintenance, report production, automation workflows, and data hygiene — so that the strategic PPMO staff (Program Managers, Product Managers, Technical Project Managers) can focus on facilitation, stakeholder management, and cross-team coordination. This is a remote role within the US but EST work hours are required.   Reports To PPMO Delivery Lead Key Responsibilities Intake & Triage Operations <ul> <li>Own the intake queue: receive, log, and route all new work requests through the single intake channel (Coda/JIRA) </li> <li>Work with team leads to ensure PPMO tools and processes are being utilized. </li> </ul> Reporting & Communication <ul> <li>Build and maintain dashboard views in Coda/JIRA for leadership consumption </li> <li>Compile capacity utilization snapshots and impact summaries from team-reported data </li> </ul> Automation & Tooling <ul> <li>Build and maintain automation workflows to reduce manual PPMO overhead through tooling </li> <li>Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for drafting summaries, meeting minutes, requirements, report templates etc.</li> </ul> Scrum Master & Agile Facilitation <ul> <li>Facilitate sprint ceremonies for PPMO-aligned delivery teams: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives </li> <li>Manage and maintain Jira boards: configure sprints, maintain backlogs, track velocity, and enforce Definition of Done standards </li> <li>Produce sprint metrics and burn-down/burn-up reporting for leadership; surface delivery risk early and recommend corrective actions </li> </ul> Required Qualifications <ul> <li>2–4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or business analysis </li> <li>Experience in an IT or technology organization </li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office </li> <li>Proficiency with Jira for backlog management, sprint tracking, and agile workflow administration (required) </li> <li>Strong data organization and visualization skills — can build clean dashboards </li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent processes with attention to detail and deadlines </li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul> <li>Active Scrum Master experience — comfortable facilitating ceremonies, managing backlogs, and coaching agile practices on a delivery team </li> <li>Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Power Automate, UiPath) </li> <li>Exposure to AI-assisted productivity tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) </li> <li>Scaled Agile certification strongly preferred: SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or SAFe Agilist (SA); CSM or PSM accepted in lieu </li> <li>Experience with Coda as a documentation and workflow platform (preferred); ability to build Coda docs, automations, and dashboards is a strong differentiator </li> <li>PMI-CAPM, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or equivalent certification (valued but not required) </li> </ul> Key Competencies <ul> <li>Process discipline without rigidity — maintains the system without becoming a bureaucratic gatekeeper </li> <li>Comfortable with ambiguity — the governance framework is new; this role helps shape it through practice </li> <li>Proactive communication — doesn't wait for problems to surface; flags them early </li> <li>Tool-savvy — learns new platforms quickly and automates repetitive work by instinct </li> <li>Low ego, high reliability — this role succeeds by making everyone else's work easier, not by owning outcomes directly </li> </ul> <div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range">$90,000—$95,000 USD</div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion">EdgeConneX believes inclusion – of thought, backgrounds and experiences – affects all that we do, from our employees to the solutions we deliver.
