This is where you come in…About the Role:The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst owns the integrity of SweetRush's financial close and reporting processes. This role serves as the primary liaison between SweetRush's Finance team and parent company NIIT, ensuring accurate, timely, and audit-ready financials at all times.The ideal candidate brings both technical rigor and a continuous improvement mindset. They will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, interfacing regularly with senior executives, and taking full ownership of the data quality and controls that underpin our financial reporting.Your Impact and Responsibilities <ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Support quarterly external audit processes end-to-end: gather and organize supporting evidence, coordinate responses to auditor requests related to owned processes.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Work with internal partners to drive continuous process improvements informed by audit findings and data analysis, with a focus on elevating financial quality standards and reducing risk.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Pull and consolidate data from HubSpot (sales), Celoxis (project management), and QuickBooks (accounting) to maintain accurate revenue and expense databases that support reliable financial analysis and reporting.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Partner cross-functionally with SweetRush Finance, NIIT Finance, Operations, and Production stakeholders to improve financial workflows and system accuracy.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Maintain and calculate revenue and expense provisions methodologies with a high level of complexity on a monthly basis as part of the month-end close process.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Prepare and deliver NIIT-specific financial reports including accounts receivable and payable aging schedules, revenue schedules, and monthly business review packages.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Collaborate on variance analysis versus prior periods, translating data fluctuations into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Ensure all data feeding into reports has passed required quality control checks before distribution.</li></ul>What You Bring - Required Skills <ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Minimum 10 years of experience in financial operations, financial planning or financial reporting roles within a fast-paced corporate environment.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Able to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and anomalies in financial data, and take initiative to clean, reconstruct, and validate it — comfortable navigating imperfect systems and finding answers where the data doesn't make it easy.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Advanced Excel proficiency — pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling are used daily in this role.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Solid knowledge in close processes, financial planning, business analysis and systems navigation.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Familiarity with ERP systems beyond QuickBooks (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Demonstrated ability to perform variance analysis and translate financial data into meaningful business insights.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Able to construct and clean up data where there are gaps</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present financial information clearly to senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Self-directed and able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fully remote environment. </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Proven ability to influence stakeholders in a complex environment where there is no hierarchy.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Business analysis or management key metrics internal reporting to senior stakeholders. </li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Acumen in corporate level financial reporting.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Experience working within a multinational organization or with a foreign parent company.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Experience leading teams as a manager or as a business partner.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Basic SQL knowledge. </li></ul>SweetRush Is an Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
