We’re happy to create unique roles and compensation for the right talent.</span></div><div><br></div><div><strong>What you’ll do</strong></div><ul><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Configure, troubleshoot, and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and social media pixels.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop strategic media plans tailored to individual goals and budgets.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights, using attribution models to understand the full customer journey.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Conduct A/B tests and experiment with ad copy, creative, audiences, and bidding strategies to continuously improve results.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Provide clear reporting and communication to clients, explaining performance metrics and recommendations in simple, actionable terms.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks to meet client deadlines effectively.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Stay current with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and new technologies to maximize client success.</span></li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Requirements</strong></div><ul><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and social media pixels, including event-based triggers and custom parameters.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Strong understanding of key advertising metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and their application in optimizing performance.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Advanced knowledge of attribution models and their role in analyzing the customer journey and campaign impact.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex performance metrics and strategies in clear, actionable terms. Analytical skills with proficiency in building reports.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Experience with A/B testing and experimentation across ad copy, creative, audiences, and bidding strategies.
