<p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p> <p><br>The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting organizational visibility and growth through the execution of marketing <br>initiatives across content, digital, and campaign channels. Working within the organization, the Coordinator contributes to content <br>creation, website management, email marketing, social media, and event support, while also supporting search engine optimization <br>(SEO) and broader content initiatives. This role ensures marketing strategies are effectively executed through collaboration with <br>cross-functional teams to maintain consistent messaging and deliver coordinated initiatives. The Coordinator evaluates ongoing <br>marketing efforts and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and impact.</p> <p><br><strong>Primary Functions: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Content & Digital Execution <ul> <li>Develops and publishes blog and website content aligned with SEO strategy and broader content initiatives</li> <li>Maintains and updates website content in WordPress to ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimization</li> <li>Supports SEO efforts including keyword alignment, on-page optimization, and ongoing content improvements</li> </ul> </li> <li>Campaign & Channel Support <ul> <li>Plans, creates, and schedules organic social media content across relevant platforms</li> <li>Supports paid social media campaigns through asset preparation, audience targeting, and performance tracking</li> <li>Executes email marketing campaigns in HubSpot, including segmentation, scheduling, and reporting</li> </ul> </li> <li>Marketing Operations & Enablement <ul> <li>Assists in building and maintaining marketing automation workflows, including email sequences, lead nurturing, <br>and campaign triggers</li> <li>Designs marketing assets such as flyers, social graphics, and promotional materials using Canva</li> <li>Supports event marketing activities including promotional materials and post-event communications</li> <li>Organizes and maintains marketing assets to ensure consistency and accessibility</li> </ul> </li> <li>Performance & Optimization Support <ul> <li>Monitors and reports on performance metrics across content, email, and social campaigns</li> <li>Identifies trends and supports recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency</li> <li>Leverages AI tools to support content development, campaign execution, and workflow efficiency</li> <li>Collaborates with internal stakeholders to support ongoing marketing initiatives</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience</li> <li>1-3 years of hands-on experience in marketing, communications, or content development.</li> <li>Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills with high attention to detail</li> <li>Experience supporting digital marketing initiatives across web, email, and social channels</li> <li>Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization practices</li> <li>Familiarity with marketing platforms such as CRM, email marketing tools, and social media management systems</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment</li> <li>Experience using design tools (e.g., Canva) to support marketing asset development</li> <li>Exposure to marketing automation, campaign execution, and performance tracking</li> <li>Comfort using AI tools to support content creation and workflow efficiency</li> <li>Ability to interpret basic performance data and support continuous improvement of marketing efforts</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>Disclaimer: </strong></p> <p><br>All promotions are subject to the manager's discretion and are contingent upon alignment with core values and the quality of <br>service.
