This role is designed for a strategic, detail‑oriented professional who will be responsible for creating order, driving operational excellence, and ensuring priorities remain aligned, timelines are met and team leaders stay on course. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has exceptional communication and organizational skills, and is equally comfortable handling high‑level executive projects and day‑to‑day administrative tasks. Approaches work with a hands-on mindset and a strong sense of ownership, regardless of scope or complexity.  </p> <h5>Executive Support & Operational Leadership </h5> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary partner to the President and COO, anticipating needs, managing priorities, and ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations.  </li> <li>Drive follow‑through on decisions, action items, and projects to ensure clarity, accountability, and timely execution. </li> <li>Can act as an extension of the President and COO in meetings and communications for coordination across teams. </li> </ul> <h5>Presentation Development & Communication </h5> <ul> <li>Create high‑quality presentations, reports, executive team and board‑level materials that clearly communicate complex information.  PowerPoint and Excel at a minimum. </li> <li>Draft executive communications, talking points, and internal updates as needed. </li> </ul> <h5>Calendar, Travel & Logistics Management </h5> <ul> <li>Manage complex, dynamic calendars and prioritize scheduling needs for the President and COO. </li> <li>Coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and detailed briefings to ensure smooth logistics. </li> <li>Plan and execute internal and external meetings, events, and engagements. </li> </ul> <h5>Administrative Excellence </h5> <ul> <li>Oversee traditional executive administrative activities, including expense reports, document management, and contract routing. </li> <li>Serve as the point of contact for internal and external partners on behalf of the CPO. </li> <li>Continuously refine and improve administrative and operational processes. </li> </ul> <h5>Qualifications </h5> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skill based experience. </li> <li>7+ years of experience supporting senior executives;  </li> <li>Exceptional organization, project management, and prioritization skills. </li> <li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel. </li> <li>Strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.  This cannot be overstated. </li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li> <li>Proven ability to work both strategically and tactically; comfortable switching between big‑picture thinking and detailed execution. </li> <li>Passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement. </li> </ul> <h5>Personal Attributes </h5> <ul> <li>Highly proactive—always one step ahead. </li> <li>Collaborative, relationship‑oriented, and able to influence without authority. </li> <li>Calm under pressure and adaptable to shifting priorities. Leads with accountability and a willingness to engage wherever needed to drive results.  </li> <li>Exhibits flexibility and commitment by engaging in both strategic and operational work to meet organizational needs. </li> <li>Resourceful, solutions‑focused, and committed to elevating the President and COO’s impact on the organization. </li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"><strong>Inovalon Offers a Competitive Salary and Benefits Package</strong></span></p> <p><em><span style="font-size: 16px;">In addition to the base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.</span></em></p> <p><em>The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.  At Inovalon, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.</em></p> <p><em>Inovalon invests in associates to help them stay healthy, save for long-term financial goals, and manage the demands of work and personal commitments.
