You will take ownership of customer relationships from implementation through to long-term success, ensuring customers adopt the solution, realise measurable value, and build lasting partnerships with AoFrio. Acting as the primary day-to-day point of contact, you will guide customers through onboarding, support ongoing engagement, and identify opportunities to expand the relationship over time. <br>You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations, manage customer success plans, and maintain strong engagement through regular check-ins and business reviews. In this early-stage role within a new line of business, you will also contribute to building market presence by developing case studies, supporting product adoption, and providing customer insights to shape future solutions. <br><br><strong>You will need:</strong><ul><li>Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing commercial or technical role, ideally within IoT, hardware, or food retail technology</li><li>Strong understanding of customer needs, with the ability to translate requirements into effective solutions</li><li>Project management capability to coordinate implementations across multiple stakeholders</li><li>Working knowledge of IoT, connected equipment, or data analytics to confidently lead customer discussions</li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and present to senior and executive-level stakeholders</li><li>Experience managing complex customer engagements from initial trial through to ongoing success</li><li>Ability to operate in an early-stage, fast-moving environment with ambiguity and evolving processes</li><li>Strong industry knowledge across food retail, including operational and technical challenges</li><li>Degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, or a related field</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills; English proficiency is essential, additional languages are advantageous </li></ul><strong>Why AoFrio?</strong><br>We’re proud leaders in hardware-enabled Software as a Service (SaaS) for commercial refrigeration.
