Responsibilities
Review content (video, image, text) and conduct quality control to ensure compliance with local policies and regulations.
Become knowledgeable about online community standards.
Interpret and apply complex policies and guidelines to content.
Review reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
Escalate issues that fall outside of company policy.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
Strong computer navigational skills.
