Job Title: Work From Home Appointment Setter (Independent Contractor) — $15/hr + Bonuses
We’re looking for virtual appointment setters to make outbound calls to homeowner leads we provide and schedule appointments for our team.
This is designed as a supplemental income opportunity (not full-time). Great fit for stay-at-home parents, students, or anyone who wants flexible, consistent part-time work from home.

Work Window (Tools Availability)
Our calling tools are available between 4–8pm.
You’ll complete your calling activity within this window.
Typical workload: around 16 hours/week (many contractors choose to do ~4 hours/day, ~4 days/week).
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to homeowner leads (this is not inbound)
- Follow a proven script and booking process
- Confirm appointments and follow up to reduce no-shows
- Accurately log call outcomes and notes in our CRM
What We’re Looking For
- Clear, professional phone voice
- Confident speaking with homeowners
- Self-motivated and consistent with follow-up
- Organized and reliable
- Appointment setting, call center, or sales experience is a plus (not required)
