This role will primarily assist with the documentation, standards alignment, and evidence preparation required for state and subject-area approval processes. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in using ChatGPT and Claude to review complex instructional materials, analyze standards, draft clear narratives, and complete detailed approval templates. This person must also be able to carefully verify AI-generated work against source materials and ensure all submissions are accurate, consistent, and fully supported by evidence. This position is a strong fit for someone who combines curriculum knowledge, advanced AI skills, and meticulous attention to detail. The contractor will play an important role in helping ensure that course and program approval materials are complete, accurate, well-supported, and ready for submission.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p><p>• Assist with state course and instructional program approval applications.</p><p>• Review curriculum materials and identify evidence demonstrating alignment to academic standards and approval criteria.</p><p>• Complete standards-alignment templates, crosswalks, narratives, and other required documentation.</p><p>• Use ChatGPT and Claude to efficiently analyze materials, organize evidence, and develop initial drafts.</p><p>• Verify all AI-generated content against the provided curriculum, standards, rubrics, and source documentation.</p><p>• Identify potential alignment gaps, inconsistencies, or missing evidence.</p><p>• Maintain accuracy and consistency across large, detailed applications and spreadsheets.</p><p>• Follow established processes for formatting, citations, hyperlinks, file organization, and version control.</p><p>• Incorporate feedback and revise documentation as needed.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Required Qualifications</u></strong></p><p>• Demonstrated expertise using ChatGPT and Claude for research, analysis, document development, and complex project support.</p><p>• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.</p><p>• Strong written communication, editing, and organizational skills.</p><p>• Ability to interpret academic standards, rubrics, and detailed application requirements.</p><p>• Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.</p><p>• Sound professional judgment, including the ability to recognize when AI-generated information requires correction or further verification.</p><p>• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications</u></strong></p><p>• Teaching, curriculum development, instructional coaching, or educational publishing experience.</p><p>• Experience in mathematics and/or English language arts.</p><p>• Familiarity with Indiana and/or Ohio academic standards.</p><p>• Experience completing curriculum alignments, state course approvals, instructional materials reviews, or similar compliance documentation.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Sean Zetts</p><p>440-447-0001</p><p>Riverside Recruiting</p><p>Sr. Recruiter & President</p><p>
