The Connection Belonging & Impact Intern will support initiatives focused on enhancing employee experience through connection, belonging, and impact strategies, leveraging data and insights to drive business success.
Responsibilities
Assist in the Connection, Belonging and Impact (CBI) programs by helping to plan and execute strategies, events, evaluations, and communications
Leverage data and insights to generate recommendations for employee engagement, feedback and event promotion
Collect, clean, and organize data sets; assist with dashboards and reports for stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical insights into strategic initiatives
Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge sharing
Support the preparation of presentations and reports for leadership and Employee Resource Group (ERG) stakeholders
Assist with Impact initiatives including community partnerships, employee volunteerism and sponsored events
Skills
Currently pursuing a degree in Business/Business Administration, Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, Organizational Behavior/Leadership, Communications or a related field
Experience with Microsoft Office, AI platforms and data science tools
Interest in employee experience, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), community impact initiatives, cultural awareness, and organizational development
