Our caseload is growing faster than we can serve it. We're looking for a licensed psychologist who wants meaningful clinical work with kids and families — without the parts of private practice that burn clinicians out. What you'll do
Provide individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults
Assess mental health needs and develop treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, DBT, or other EBPs)
Use crisis management techniques when necessary
Maintain accurate, confidential documentation
Requirements
Active Texas license as a Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) or an active Psychologist license in another state and willing to become licensed in Texas — required
Experience with children, adolescents, and adults with mental and behavioral health concerns
Ability to provide documentation required for insurance credentialing panels
Strong rapport-building, communication, and documentation skills
Preferred
Training in CBT, third-wave therapies (ACT, DBT), or other evidence-based practices
Flexibility to see patients outside of typical school hours
