Responsibilities
Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards
Assist with cleaning the dining room and patio including bussing dirty tables, replacing the trash when full, and sweep the floors when needed.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, dishwashing areas, and storage spaces through regular cleaning routines
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes and maintain an efficient workflow
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required
