Duties
Lead guests through zipline courses, providing clear instructions and safety briefings to ensure a secure experience
Demonstrate excellent public speaking skills to engage participants of all ages and backgrounds
Monitor guest behavior throughout the tour, maintaining safety protocols and responding promptly to any concerns or emergencies
Educate guests about local wildlife, ecology, and the environment to enhance their appreciation of nature
Manage time effectively to keep tours running smoothly and on schedule
Assist with equipment checks, maintenance, and safety inspections before each tour
Foster a welcoming atmosphere by demonstrating leadership, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills
Qualifications
Strong leadership qualities with experience in guiding or instructing groups in outdoor settings
Exceptional public speaking and communication skills to clearly convey safety instructions and educational content
Proven customer service experience with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Teaching or instructional experience is a plus, especially in outdoor or adventure activities
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform safety checks for extended periods; comfort working at heights is preferred
Must be able to lift 75lbs
Must be able to fulfill all aspects of the job
Must be at least 16yr or older
Must have a reliable mode of transportation
