This strategic role combines hands-on project oversight, ensuring we deliver for our customers, maintain the highest quality standards, and execute with excellence. </p><p>Within our high-performing culture you will ensure we deliver exceptional clinical service and serve as a strategic advisor in delivering service to clients.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Accountabilities</b></p><ul><li>Lead project delivery and hold teams accountable to milestones and deliverables</li><li>Own profitability, margin expansion, and cash flow targets across your portfolio</li><li>Drive operational data compliance, analytics, and process improvements</li><li>Participate in risk and quality governance across the portfolio</li><li>Build cross-functional partnerships and foster direct, purposeful communication</li><li>Develop talent, manage performance, lead by example</li><li>Lead or support department and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives</li><li>Manage account-level oversight and P&L responsibility as applicable</li><li></li></ul><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><p><b>Experience:</b></p><ul><li>Minimum 15+ years of project leadership experience in BioPharma or CRO</li><li>Proven track record leading high-performing teams in a global, matrix environment</li><li>Experience managing complex clinical trial portfolios across multiple phases</li><li>Strong business and financial acumen</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills & Competencies:</b></p><ul><li>Exceptional communication and executive-level influence skills</li><li>Superior problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making abilities</li><li>Ability to demonstrate value creation in a global matrix environment</li><li>Solution-oriented mindset with proven ability to deliver on client commitments</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (science/medical field preferred)</li><li>Advanced degree desirable</li></ul><ul></ul><p></p><p><b>EEO Disclaimer</b><br>Parexel is an equal opportunity employer.
