If you’re excited by TikTok culture, influencer marketing, and building impactful brand partnerships, this role is for you. <hr>Role Description:We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized, TikTok-savvy Brand Campaign Manager to lead, scale, and drive revenue for our in-house TikTok Shop Affiliate Campaign services called GrailX. In this role, you’ll lead the strategy, execution, and growth of all GrailX TikTok Shop Affiliate Campaigns for GrailX subscribers, serving as the primary owner of this core business line. You’ll oversee campaign timelines, brand communication, deliverables, and overall execution. This includes coordinating campaign setup with brands, organizing sample requests, tracking progress, and making sure campaigns launch on time and meet expectations. You’ll also work closely with brands and internal teams to improve processes, identify new partnership opportunities, and help grow the TikTok Shop Affiliate Campaign program. This role plays an important part in creating a strong experience for GrailX subscribers while driving successful brand partnerships. This is a high-ownership role with significant growth potential for someone excited to build, innovate, and move quickly in the creator economy. <hr>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and execute all GrailX TikTok Shop Affiliate Campaigns from kickoff through completion</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for creators and subscribers throughout TikTok Shop Affiliate Campaigns</li><li>Own the success and growth of the TikTok Shop Affiliate Campaign program, including campaign performance and subscriber value</li><li>Coordinate communication between creators, brands, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution</li><li>Own campaign promotion through email campaign creation, newsletter distribution, and sharing opportunities in Circle</li><li>Track deliverables, approvals, timelines, and updates to keep campaigns organized and on schedule</li><li>Support subscriber onboarding, activation, and engagement within TikTok Shop Affiliate Campaigns</li><li>Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting on results and key learnings</li><li>Work cross-functionally with the Social Commerce Team to improve processes and drive program growth</li></ul><hr>What we’re looking for:<ul><li>1–2 years experience</li><li>Strong understanding of TikTok Shop</li><li>Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously</li><li>Strong communication and relationship management skills</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment</li><li>Interest in influencer marketing, TikTok culture, and the creator economy</li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li>Must be a fluent English speaker</li><li>Highly organized and deadline-driven</li><li>Self-starter mentality with the ability to move quickly and take initiative </li></ul><hr>The ideal person for this role:<ul><li>Exudes confidence when communicating with creators and brands daily</li><li>Thrives in fast-moving environments and can keep multiple campaigns organized at once</li><li>Is proactive and resourceful when solving problems and managing timelines</li><li>Has a “figure it out” mindset and enjoys testing new ideas and processes</li><li>Is excited to take ownership of a rapidly growing area of the business</li></ul><hr>Benefits:<ul><li>Medical, dental and vision coverage available with 50% covered by company</li><li>28 days vacation inclusive of federal holidays (plus Christmas period flex time)</li><li>Fully remote environment</li><li>Performance based bonuses</li><li>Fast paced growth opportunities</li></ul> <hr>If you are looking for a new challenge in one of the most hyped areas of social media, apply below and we look forward to hearing from you!
