Job Title: Sr. Analyst, SAP Contracts to Cash Job Code: 37368 Job Location: Melbourne, FL; Remote Job Schedule: 9/80; Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off Job Description: The Lead Analyst for Sales and Distribution (SD) SAP oversees the implementation and operational support of SAP SD functionality. Responsibilities include: collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and delivering innovative solutions to align with L3Harris business objectives, ensuring system stability and performance for production systems, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Essential Functions: <ul> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Collaborate with business stakeholders and managed service support personnel to design, configure, and test SAP SD solution, providing expert guidance on best practices.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Document business requirements for the Sales and Distribution (SD) modules, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Support the implementation of SD functionality for large SAP implementation projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new module rollouts.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process flows.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Assist with prioritization of issue resolution and enhancements for SAP SD module, provide guidance to assist with troubleshooting complex issues</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Build strong internal & external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to our changing business requirements</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Stay current with new technologies especially within SAP systems to align technologies with the L3Harris business direction</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Minimum of 9 years of experience in ERP system utilization and configuration, with a proven track record of successful system implementations and support.</li> </ul> Preferred Additional Skills: <ul> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Strong understanding of Sales and Distribution, project management principles, and SAP integration points with other modules (e.g., MM, FICO, PMMO).</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Finance Acumen: Strong understanding of finance processes, contract lifecycle, program management, and government or financial reporting requirements.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP systems (ECC and S/4 Hana) including system configuration, data management, and reporting capabilities.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Strong presentation skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Strong attention to detail</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Experience with development of technical solutions to complex problems and driving implementation.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Experience working with SAP Preferred partner Cognitus (Billing and Contract Flowdown solution) or Dassian Government Solution</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Exposure to project management methodologies, including waterfall and Agile</li> </ul> In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $99,500-$184,500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $114,000-$212,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
