Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients in the mid-market segment.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand customer needs and provide customized solutions.
Act as a technical expert on our products and services, including understanding the technical capabilities and limitations of our solutions.
Create and deliver technical proposals and respond to RFPs.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at potential clients.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide insightful recommendations to clients.
Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback and suggestions for product enhancements.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients during the sales process.
Contribute to the development and improvement of sales processes and strategies.
Train and mentor junior sales engineers and assist in their professional growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure successful customer onboarding and implementation.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
