<strong>Job Summary:<br></strong><br> Our client is seeking a SAP FICA Consultant to join their team! This position is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota or Denver, Colorado. <br><br><br> <br><br><strong>Duties:</strong><ul><li>Review and recommend improvements for SAP FICA module design artifacts, business process designs, and technical specifications</li><li>Support configuration of billing and invoicing processes within SAP</li><li>Contribute to standardizing and redesigning processes aligned with SAP S/4HANA implementation</li><li>Attend workshops, participate in collaborative meetings, and support implementation phases through remote follow-up work</li><li>Liaise with internal teams and external partners, including system integrators and payment providers, to ensure project success</li></ul><strong>Desired Skills/Experience:</strong><ul><li>10+ years of SAP implementation experience</li><li>Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA, especially within the FICA module</li><li>Significant utility industry experience</li><li>Hands-on experience with at least two SAP projects, whether Greenfield or Brownfield</li><li>Strong understanding of billing and invoicing processes in SAP</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams</li><li>SAP Activate or SAP FICA module certifications</li><li>ABAP development experience preferred</li><li>Previous experience working with system integrators and multi-vendor environments</li></ul><strong>Benefits:</strong><ul><li>Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans</li><li>Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)</li><li>401K offered</li></ul> The approximate pay range for this position is between <strong>$54.00 and $78.00.</strong> Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate.
