We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Admin / Telemarketing professional to join our team at Seri Kembangan, Selangor. This is a full-time role where you will play a crucial part in our outbound sales operations, delivering high-quality customer service and driving business growth.Job Responsibilities :To perform outbound calls to prospective customers through telephone equipment and other mediums for promoting our company services.To track and follow up on the assigned leads with regular updates on call progress.To post and market our range of products which provided by all existing and new customers on e-commerce sources.To attend an appointment and meet up with Landlords, Buyers or Tenants for Rent or Sales of the Property purpose, if needed.To handle admin works after services such as filing, preparation of agreement, stamping and etc.Confidence presenter. To ensure all the customers’ requirements and specifications is clearly defined and delivered.Work towards achieving sales target and KPI consistently. Customer base will be provided.
Able to start work immediately.Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field.Minimum work experience(s) required is at least one (1) year and above.Computer literate with Microsoft Office, Adobe, Google Office and website.Multilingual skills : Candidates must be fluent in Chinese or Cantonese preferred as the role requires candidate need to liaise with 80% of Mandarin or Cantonese speaking clients all the time. But also, able to communicate and write in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia would be an ADDED ADVANTAGE.Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated, organized and hardworking.Pleasant personality, patient and polite.Excellent communication skills. Able to speak with Clarity.Able to work under pressure, aggressive and result oriented.Self-motivated with high integrity, highly committed and able to work independently.Applicant must be willing to work in Equine Park, Seri Kembangan.Possess own transport to work is A Must.Full Training will be provided.Can work from home on one (1) or two (2) days subject to approval obtained from The Management.
