Key Responsibilities for Service Team Associates:
- Deliver excellent dining experiences to guests
- Greet customers, serve meals, and manage payments at the register
- Ensure the store's appearance and cleanliness
- Comply with operational standards and safety procedures for serving fresh, quality food

Qualification Requirements:
- A friendly, collaborative team member
- Experience in operations is beneficial
- Enrollment in high school is required
- Food Handler certification may be necessary, based on local regulations, at your expense
ADA Statement:
When performing duties, the counter areas are frequently hot due to steam tables and food vapors. The workspace is restricted, with employees typically required to stand for extended periods. You will prepare hot and cold foods, utilize a Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment, and work efficiently with precision. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs., remain standing for up to four hours, and serve customers over 36-inch counters is required. Kitchens can be hot, noise levels high, and storage space limited with elevated shelving.
You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong verbal communication skills, adapt to changing priorities, and effectively handle conflicts or challenging situations.
