Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Remote Telehealth Patient Coordinator to join our growing team. As a Remote Telehealth Patient Coordinator, you will play a key role in facilitating virtual appointments between patients and healthcare providers. You will be responsible for managing the patient’s journey from initial contact to appointment scheduling and follow-up care. Key Responsibilities • Act as the primary point of contact for patients seeking telehealth services • Respond to patient inquiries and provide information about our services • Schedule appointments for patients with healthcare providers • Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of telehealth services • Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our electronic health record system • Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the patient experience • Stay current on telehealth industry trends and best practices Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time-management abilities • Proficiency in using electronic health record systems • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Reliable internet connection and home office setup Contract Details This is a full-time, remote position with flexible working hours.
