Job Summary
The Elite Job is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Shopify Store Assistant to support our e-commerce operations, focusing on order fulfillment. This remote role is ideal for someone with experience working with Shopify, customer service, and logistics. You will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, shipped on time, and followed up with excellent communication. Key Responsibilities
Process and fulfill daily customer orders through the Shopify platform.
Coordinate with suppliers and track shipping status to ensure timely delivery.
Update customers with order status and tracking information.
Handle refund, cancellation, and exchange requests with accuracy and professionalism.
Monitor inventory levels and notify the team about low-stock items.
Assist in maintaining product listings with accurate descriptions and images.
Troubleshoot and resolve order issues or customer complaints promptly.
Collaborate with team members to improve store processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proficient in using Shopify backend, including order and product management.
Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and fulfillment workflows.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and Slack.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience working with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
Prior experience in order processing, logistics, or virtual assistance is a strong advantage.
Freshers with relevant e-commerce certification or Shopify training are welcome to apply.
Working Hours
Flexible working hours with a requirement to check and fulfill orders daily.
Preferred availability during core business hours (9 AM – 6 PM in your local time zone) for collaboration.
Weekend availability is a plus but not mandatory.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
Knowledge of dropshipping, print-on-demand, or third-party fulfillment services (e.g., Oberlo, DSers, Printful) is preferred.
Familiarity with customer service best practices and platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Gorgias).
Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a remote environment.
