Regular check-ins with the team leader are expected, but self-sufficiency is key. It’s not suitable for very junior lawyers needing frequent assistance. The team is supportive and successful, with good relationships with agents and a steady flow of work. The caseload is manageable, with about 15 files a month, focusing on quality over quantity. The role requires independent work and full remote capability. It is a salaried, full-time position (9-5, with some flexibility), not part-time. The team leader is knowledgeable, approachable, and fosters a positive culture.

The Successful Applicant

Seeking a UK-qualified solicitor with 3-4 years\' conveyancing experience, comfortable with remote work, and able to commit to full-time hours.
