Your job will be to maximize CET’s revenue in </span><span>your territory by growing and managing a roster of exceptional dealers & specifying engineers and ensuring that they have what they need to be successful. You are comfortable with technical concepts and discussions but are a people person at heart and love building strong relationships.</span></span><span> <br><br>Please note that while this role manages our Central Region, preferred candidates will be located in Vancouver (BC), Alberta (AB), Illinois (IL), Colorado (CO), Arizona (AZ), Texas (TX), or Michigan (MI).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt"> </span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold"><span>WHAT YOU WILL DO:<br><br></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Territory </span><span>Growth</span><span> & </span><span>Strategy</span><span> </span><span>–</span><span> </span></span><span><span>Develop and execute a strategic territory plan that increases revenue, market share, and specification activity through effective channel management, account prioritization, and growth initiatives.</span></span><span> </span></li> <li><span><span>Market Development</span><span> </span><span>–</span><span> </span></span><span><span>Generate demand and expand CET's market presence by engaging specifying engineers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders through Lunch & Learns, webinars, training sessions, and industry events.</span></span><span> </span></li> <li><span><span>Dealer Relationship Management</span><span> – Build strong relationships with dealers in your territory, and work with them to grow sales of CET’s products.</span></span><span> </span></li> <li><span><span>Issue Escalation – Help the Customer Success team when thorny issues arise that require your product </span><span>expertise</span><span> and/or relationship management skills to navigate.</span></span><span> </span></li> <li><span><span>Dealer Recruitment & Onboarding</span><span> – Identify, recruit and onboard new, high potential dealers and influential engineers.<br></span></span><br></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: bold"><span><span>ALSO IMPORTANT:</span></span></span><span> <br><br></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Accurately forecast the performance of your territory.</span></span><span> </span></li> <li><span><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt"><span>Share customer and competitor intel/insights with relevant individuals/teams</span></span><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt"> .</span></li> </ul> <p><span> </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold"><span><span>WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES YOU WILL BRING:</span></span></span><span> <br><br></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>5+ years' experience working with dealers and specified building products as an application engineer, technical sales representative, or equivalent.</span></span><span> <br></span></li> <li><span><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt">Experience with Gas Detection, HVAC, Controls and/or other technical specified building products.<br></span></span></li> <li><span><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt"><span style="font-size: 12pt">Strong grasp of manufacturer go-to-market strategies, tactics & players (engineers, manufacturers reps, distributors, contractors, etc.).</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt"><span style="font-size: 12pt">Have travelled for business and are comfortable travelling up to 25% of the time.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);
