This role is for recruiters who like to move fast, think strategically, and stay hands-on.</p> <p>You'll lead omnichannel headhunting through direct calls, LinkedIn, and targeted outreach, while working closely with executives in a high-performance, results-driven environment. You'll own your searches, build strong pipelines, and play an active role in delivering talent that makes a real business impact.</p> <p><strong>Why You'll Love Working Here</strong></p> <ul><li>Direct exposure to U.S. executives and hiring leaders</li><li>Ownership over searches, not just task-based recruiting</li><li>Remote, full-time stability with clear expectations</li><li>A performance-focused environment that values execution and quality</li><li>Room to grow your scope as you consistently deliver results</li><li>Collaborative team culture without micromanagement</li></ul> <p><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></p> <ul><li>Partner with U.S. client recruiting teams to source and pre-qualify candidates for active requisitions (Medical, Engineering, Technical, Construction, and Legal)</li><li>Generate candidate interest through email outreach, LinkedIn messaging, job postings, and targeted sourcing strategies</li><li>Conduct initial candidate screens to assess experience, interest, and overall fit</li><li>Coordinate interviews between candidates and U.S. clients, ensuring clear communication and smooth scheduling</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in ATS, LinkedIn Projects, and internal databases</li><li>Continuously explore new sourcing approaches to reach diverse and high-quality talent pools</li><li>Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support ongoing searches</li><li>Conduct candidate interviews and provide clear, structured feedback</li><li>Create, edit, and post job descriptions tailored to U.S. market requirements</li><li>Support recruiting operations through timely documentation and follow-ups</li></ul> <p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p> <ul><li>At least 1 year of recruiting experience (agency or corporate)</li><li>Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Comfortable using LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools</li><li>Willing to work graveyard or early morning shifts aligned with U.S. time zones (weekends off)</li><li>Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple searches at once</li></ul> <p><strong>Ready to Apply?</strong></p> <p>If you're an experienced recruiter who enjoys proactive sourcing, direct candidate engagement, and working closely with executives, we'd love to hear from you.</p> <p>At H!KINEX, recruiting isn't one-size-fits-all.
