The TeamThe Strategic Account Manager is responsible for developing long-term partnerships with the key accounts for rescue therapy in Austria, in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations and codes of conduct, and the corporate strategy.Role and Responsibilities<ul><li>Build a sustainable network in the field of rescue therapy, such as addiction treatment clinics, harm reduction, medical centers and pharmacies</li><li>Establishment of long-term partnerships and identification of new stakeholders</li><li>Implementing a strategy that aligns with the company's goals and the needs of the healthcare professionals and patients</li><li>Deliver company approved product- and therapy area-related promotional materials and activities</li><li>Independent planning, organization and implementation of promotional events</li><li>Market and competition analysis for the development of strategies and measures</li><li>Participation in and representation of the company at regional and national congresses</li><li>Development of an industry analysis to manage activities, investments and performance</li><li>Conception and implementation of a development strategy per region</li><li>Coordination of measures for the hospital listing of the products</li><li>Development of partnerships with key customers of public and private key accounts</li><li>Analysis of sales results in connection with commercial efficiency (SFE), to make strategic</li></ul>What you’ll bring<ul><li>University degree in natural sciences or equivalent</li><li>Sound knowledge of the local pharmaceutical industry, distribution channel and healthcare system</li><li>Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales in the Austrian market with a network of doctors in your sales territory</li><li>Completed training in the medical, pharmaceutical or commercial field</li><li>Excellent knowledge of the healthcare system</li><li>Experience in/understanding of clinical practice and its settings in substitution therapy area.</li><li>Experience in rescue therapy, opioids, CNS therapy area</li><li>Strong communication skills as well as negotiation skills and persuasiveness</li><li>Patient-centric-oriented, entrepreneurial and ambitious personality who takes responsibility for their sales territory</li><li>German language skills at native level, good English skills</li><li>Strong communication skills as well as negotiation skills and persuasiveness</li><li>High level of self-motivation, goal orientation and enjoyment of working with people</li></ul>What we offer in return<ul><li>Opportunities for learning & development through our varied programme </li><li>Collaborative, inclusive work environment</li></ul>Diversity and inclusionBuilding an inclusive environment where people can thrive, grow and achieve their full potential is a priority.
