Our team at the BMW Group offers you insights into a professional VIP driving service for national and international events as part of your internship. We drive current BMW and MINI models and the appropriate personnel capacities and put communication and marketing aspects at the center. What can you expect? You will support our team in the planning, organization, and execution of the VIP driving service at exclusive events for VIP customers and partners. You will also assist in the coordination, communication, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will support the project leaders in the creation of deployment plans, cost planning, invoicing, and billing in connection with events. Furthermore, you will assist in the independent handling of smaller projects and receive regular feedback from your contact person. What do you bring? Study of business administration, economics, communication, or a comparable course. Proficient use of MS Office. Organizational talent. Team and communication skills. Enjoyment of proactively supporting tasks and taking on responsibility. Passion for the BMW brand and a sense of exclusive experiences. Good German and English skills.
