What This Role Looks Like
As a UTV Tour Guide, you’ll lead guests on guided, 90-minute off-road experiences through scenic terrain.
Your role goes beyond simply driving—you’ll:
Share stories and insights about the land
Educate guests on local ecology, history, and geology
Read each group and tailor the experience to their interests
Create a balance of fun, learning, and connection
The most successful guides are those who can adapt their approach, connect with different personalities, and make each tour feel personal and engaging.

What You’ll Do
Lead and supervise guided UTV tours
Provide clear safety instructions and operational guidance
Share engaging, educational content about the local environment
Adapt your approach based on guest interests and group dynamics
Create a fun, safe, and memorable experience for every group
Assist with preparing vehicles and equipment
Support general operations as needed
Schedule & Availability
You choose the days you are available to work
You will only be scheduled when tours are booked on those days
Work volume varies by season:
Spring & Fall: lighter, less frequent
Summer & Peak periods: more consistent opportunities
Ideal for those seeking flexible, supplemental income
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, engaging, and personable
Strong communication and storytelling ability
Comfortable speaking to and leading small groups
Observant and able to “read the room” and adjust accordingly
Calm, confident, and safety-focused
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Enjoy being outdoors and interacting with people
Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license
Clean driving record (required for insurance purposes)
Comfortable operating off-road vehicles (training provided)
Comfortable being outdoors and active for extended periods
Must be able to communicate clearly with guests and team members
Must be reliable and able to work independently
