This is a part time role, Mon-Fri from 8am-1pm EST, Salary: $22/hr, 25 hours per week. The Payroll Specialist will fulfill the following duties: <ul type="disc"> <li>Create work orders, utilizing the most appropriate CTI while accurately and thoroughly capturing structured data for each issue to provide audit trails and statistical analysis.</li> <li>Ability to identify inefficiencies to the existing processes within Operations and document current processes.</li> <li>Ability to understand questions/issues presented by the field managers to take full ownership of the resolution.</li> <li>Provide support to answer incoming calls during high call volume times, according to established procedures and performance standards.</li> <li>Make recommendations of process changes; provide documentation and testing to implement process changes and provide training for the team.</li> <li>Provide knowledgeable support for all payroll applications (including SAP, MySTAFF, MyRequests and other applications) and based on interactions within those applications, make recommendations for future improvements/enhancements.</li> <li>Process and respond to emails according to standard procedures.</li> <li>Process off cycle checks according to standard procedures.</li> <li>Complete necessary corrections listed on internal data audits.</li> <li>Provide customer service leadership on projects involving multiple teams within the department.</li> <li>Recognize issues or trending work orders; raise questions about the impact to others and or other applications while providing some troubleshooting and resolutions suggestions.</li> <li>Perform other team-specific tasks as assigned.</li> </ul></div></div></div>Apply to Compass Group today! <a href="">Click here to Learn More about the Compass Story</a> Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
