  1. Plan and deliver multi-sport coaching sessions: Design and implement engaging lessons that introduce participants to a variety of sports, including but not limited to football, basketball, tennis, rugby, athletics, and more.

  2. Create inclusive coaching environments: Adapt sessions to suit different age groups, abilities, and experience levels, ensuring that all participants feel confident and included.

  3. Monitor progress and provide feedback: Observe athletes during practice and competition, offering constructive feedback to help improve skills, teamwork, and fitness.

  4. Promote sportsmanship and teamwork: Foster a positive and respectful atmosphere where participants learn about cooperation, leadership, and fair play.

  5. Ensure safety: Prioritise the safety and well-being of all participants during activities. Ensure that equipment is used properly and that all safety protocols are followed.

  6. Maintain equipment and facilities: Assist in the upkeep and organisation of sports equipment and ensure that facilities are suitable for use.

  7. Coordinate with relevant parties: Communicate regularly about their child’s progress, upcoming events, and general coaching information.

  8. Lead by example: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, sportsmanship, and a commitment to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

  9. Stay updated on industry best practices: Continuously improve your coaching techniques and knowledge by attending professional development workshops, courses, or certifications.

  10. Administrative & Operations: Handle basic administrative work (eg: attendance) and operations requirement.
