<h1><span class="emphasis-3"><b><b><b>Job Description Summary</b></b></b></span></h1>Support customers across the APAC region by planning and executing generator control service activities at customer sites. You will combine hands-on technical work with onsite coordination, working with internal stakeholders and site sub-contractors to deliver safe, high-quality service.<br><br>This role is typically remote when not at site, with planned travel to customer locations across Vietnam (Hanoi) and APAC (Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore).<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><span class="emphasis-3"><b>Job Description</b></span></h1><p><b>Essential Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Operate, troubleshoot, and support generator control systems during onsite service activities, including maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of installed equipment.</li><li>Plan and coordinate onsite execution: prepare work scope, align resources, and manage logistics required to perform services on customer property.</li><li>Work closely with sub-contractors (<i>site-based</i>) to coordinate daily tasks, work permits, access, and execution sequence, ensuring alignment with site rules and GE Vernova standards.</li><li>Support project-specific execution by coordinating schedule, materials/tools readiness, and technical documentation, and by providing regular progress updates to the service/project team.</li><li>Ensure a strong HSE and quality mindset: follow established processes, contribute to risk reviews and safety briefings, and help maintain high standards of workmanship and documentation.</li><li>Collaborate across functions (Service, Project/Operations, Engineering, and Customer teams) to resolve technical issues, share learnings, and improve service effectiveness.</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on procedures and working practices while meeting expected outcomes for quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.</li></ul><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Solid experience in generator control systems operation / commissioning / troubleshooting / field service in power generation or industrial environments.</li><li>Ability to combine hands-on technical execution with onsite coordination, including working with sub-contractors and multiple stakeholders.</li><li>Experience with generator control platforms such as: EX2100e, LS2100e, and related software tools such as ControlST (or equivalent experience with similar control systems).</li><li>Comfortable working with limited direction in the field and communicating clearly with customers, internal teams, and site partners.</li><li>Willingness and ability to travel extensively across APAC for onsite support.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><span class="emphasis-3"><b><b><b>Additional Information</b></b></b></span></h1><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p style="text-align:left"><b>Relocation Assistance Provided: </b>No</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>#LI-Remote - This is a remote position<p></p><p></p>
