Knowledge Engineer, Documentation, Context, Engineering & Architecture

Job Description:

• Partner with architects and engineers to capture and communicate system architectures
• Create and maintain technical artifacts such as architectures and roadmaps
• Conduct interviews with engineering teams to extract knowledge
• Improve clarity and discoverability of technical knowledge
• Leverage AI tools to assist in knowledge management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience
• Strong understanding of modern engineering design and operation
• Proven ability to translate complex technical systems into clear documentation
• Familiarity with APIs, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code concepts
• Strong written communication skills
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows
