## Responsibilities 📍Prepare and manage recruitment communications with the utmost confidentiality and trustworthiness. 📍Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for efficiency and compliance. 📍Take part in outsourcing candidates 📍Post and remove job listings, manage applications, and ensure a seamless flow of information. 📍Demonstrate exceptional administrative skills and strong problem-solving capabilities. 📍Effectively prioritize and manage time to ensure timely completion of recruitment tasks. 📍Exhibit reliability, dependability, and strong motivation in all professional endeavors. 📍Maintain excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate orally and in writing effectively. 📍Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a keen attention to detail. 📍Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, balancing various recruitment activities with ease. 📍Deliver exceptional client service, catering to both internal and external stakeholders. 📍Display flexibility and willingness to work additional hours as needed to meet departmental goals. 📍Are you the right person for this role? ## The ideal candidate for us has: 📍Qualifications 📍Must possess a BS/BA degree from an accredited institution. 📍At least 3-4 years of experience in tech recruitment, with an additional 2-3 years explicitly focused on Web3 recruitment and engineering/tech roles. 📍Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity. 📍Proven administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 📍Strong communication skills and the ability to manage tasks effectively across a distributed team. 📍Have experience with outsourcing for candidates
