<p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote / Work From Home</p><p><strong>Duration:</strong> 1–3 Months</p><p><strong>Stipend: </strong>Performance / Commission-Based Incentive Model<br><br><strong>Operational Scope: </strong>Talent Acquisition, Staffing Operations, Vendor Coordination, Recruitment Support, Client Hiring Support</p><p><strong>Role Overview:</strong></p><p>We are looking for Recruitment Interns who are interested in gaining practical exposure in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, Client Coordination, and Candidate Management across live hiring projects.</p><p>Selected interns will work closely with recruitment teams on real-time hiring mandates and will receive hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment workflows.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and social platforms</p></li><li><p>Screen resumes based on client requirements and job descriptions</p></li><li><p>Conduct initial HR screening and candidate validation calls</p></li><li><p>Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates</p></li><li><p>Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases</p></li><li><p>Share candidate updates and status reports internally</p></li><li><p>Work on bulk hiring and niche hiring mandates</p></li><li><p>Support recruiter teams with sourcing, scheduling, and operational coordination</p></li><li><p>Learn recruitment workflows, ATS usage, and hiring processes</p></li><li><p>Assist in employer outreach, lead generation, and vendor coordination activities wherever required</p></li></ul><p><strong>Eligibility:</strong></p><ul><li><p>MBA / BBA / Graduate students interested in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment</p></li><li><p>Good communication and interpersonal skills</p></li><li><p>Basic understanding of recruitment/job portals/LinkedIn preferred</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently in a remote environment</p></li><li><p>Laptop and stable internet connection required</p></li></ul><p><strong>What You Will Gain:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Practical exposure to real-time recruitment operations</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with hiring workflows and ATS systems</p></li><li><p>Exposure to IT & Non-IT hiring across multiple domains</p></li><li><p>Interview coordination and candidate management experience</p></li><li><p>Internship Certificate & Documentation upon successful completion</p></li><li><p>Performance-based incentive opportunities linked to successful closures</p></li></ul><p><strong>Important Note:</strong></p><p>This is a remote/work-from-home internship opportunity operating on a performance/commission-based incentive model instead of a fixed monthly stipend.</p>
