Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to be a part of our housekeeping leadership team. In this energetic role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and motivate your team to maintain a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Your leadership will drive efficiency, uphold safety protocols, and foster a positive work atmosphere that promotes excellence in hospitality service.

All staff is cross trained between the Home2 Suites by Hilton and Tru by Hilton in Florida City, FL.

Duties

• Reports to Executive Housekeeper
• Work with Co-housekeeping Supervisor
• Attend required supervisor/manager meetings
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure all areas meet cleanliness and safety standards along with co-housekeeping supervisor
• Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
• Monitor cleaning schedules, inspect guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas for quality assurance
• Perform cleaning tasks such as housekeeping, laundry, houseman, and breakfast duties when necessary

Requirements

• Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial services within a hotel environment
• Ability to work weekends/holidays
• Job entails standing/moving for 8 hours and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Bi-lingual preferred (Spanish and English)
• Reliable method of transportation
• Work Authorization

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
