Graphic Designer

<p><strong>Designers at Creosote are responsible for supporting our clients in all aspects of visual output.</strong> You’ll directly support creative directors and account managers in delivering award-winning work. <span>This includes but is not limited to: brand concepting, long-form layout, brand identities, branded collateral, presentation design, photo editing, motion graphics, production for both digital and print deliverables and more.</span></p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate:</p><ul><li>A college graduate with a four-year degree, with 1-2 years of experience in production or agency environments or relevant real-world experience through internships or freelance work</li><li>Interested in meeting the demands of a small, full-service agency</li><li>Proficient with the full Adobe Creative Suite, Apple products, Google Suite and Microsoft Office</li><li>Dual-minded: Highly creative but can also think within established brands and strategies</li><li>Works collaboratively to develop branded collateral – social media content, short video reels, animated videos, brand identities, printed materials, and presentations</li><li>Ability to execute conceptual direction and client feedback</li><li>Excellent design, typography and layout skills</li><li>Ability to balance multiple projects at once, multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment</li><li>Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a desire to collaborate</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Candidates must provide a design portfolio, as a URL or attachment, to be considered.</p><p><br></p><p>Salary:</p><p>$45,000–$55,000</p><p><br></p><p>Benefits:</p><p>Health, Vision and Dental Plans: Maryland-based PPO (a network of physicians in Maryland only)</p><p>Two weeks PTO, plus 10 paid holidays</p><p>Simple IRA Plan: 3% Matching</p><p>Hybrid Options</p><p>Professional Development</p>
