<ul>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Development of AEM components, templates, workflows, publishing, configurations & customizations</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">AEM assets configurations and customizations.</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Migration of content and digital assets from legacy systems to AEM & AEM assets.</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Implement solutions based on Adobe AEM, AEM assets</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Prototypes interactive interfaces with multiple states and roles</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Interface with Architects to understand the design skeleton.</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Ensure technical issues are quickly resolved and implement strategies and solutions to help reduce the likelihood of reoccurrence.</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Development in a fast-paced Agile Scrum Delivery Team environment</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Showcase strong leadership skills, including the ability to deliver constructive feedback and the ability to lead by example</span></li>

<ul>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">AEM hands on experience as Front-end or Back-end developer</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Hands on experience with designing and building AEM components and working with JCR, AEM workflows.</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Excellent communication and teamwork skills</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Hands on skills with HTML5, CSS and JS.</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Knowledge of using AEM in a cloud environment like Adobe Cloud, AWS, or other</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience with Java, JavaScript, J2EE, CSS and related technologies</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience with front end frameworks such as Angular, React, and Bootstrap.</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Working knowledge and understanding of the following: Apache, App server logs, RESTful web services, Javascript and jQuery</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform issues (IE, Firefox, Safari, etc.)</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Hands-on experience in integration of AEM with other Adobe suite of products, Analytics, Target, Campaign, IO, Launch.</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience working on the Latest Adobe Cloud Platform and its SaaS offerings</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience in setting up and configuring AEM system</span></li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience in migration from other CMS to AEM latest version. Experience in upgradation of AEM (nice to have)</span></li>
