<strong>ERP Project Manager </strong><br><br><strong>Position Summary</strong><br>We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation, upgrade, and support of ERP solutions, with a strong preference for experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) and/or Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision). The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate stakeholders, oversee project delivery, and ensure successful ERP implementations that align with business objectives.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, migration, upgrade, and optimization projects.<br>Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, and deliverables.<br>Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.<br>Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, QA teams, and third-party vendors.<br>Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and executive communications.<br>Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and solution design discussions.<br>Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues.<br>Ensure adherence to project governance, change management, and quality standards.<br>Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, deployment, and post-go-live activities.<br>Manage data migration, integrations, and system enhancements.<br>Drive continuous process improvements and ERP best practices.<br>Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to business requirements.<br><br><strong>Required Qualifications</strong><br>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.<br>5+ years of Project Management experience managing ERP implementation projects.<br>Experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations.<br>Strong understanding of ERP business processes including:<br>Finance & Accounting<br>Supply Chain Management<br>Procurement<br>Inventory Management<br>Manufacturing (preferred)<br>Sales & Distribution<br>Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.<br>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.<br>Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar.<br>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.<br><br><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong><br>Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC).<br>Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) implementations, upgrades, or migrations to D365 BC.<br>Experience managing cloud ERP transformation projects.<br>Knowledge of ERP integrations, APIs, EDI, Power Platform, and reporting solutions.<br>Experience working with Microsoft Azure environments.<br>Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing processes.<br>ERP consulting or implementation partner experience is highly desirable.<br><br><strong>Success Metrics</strong><br>Successful on-time and on-budget ERP project delivery.<br>High stakeholder and user satisfaction.<br>Effective risk mitigation and issue resolution.<br>Smooth ERP adoption and business process optimization.<br>Successful D365 BC/NAV implementation or upgrade outcomes.<br><br><strong>Location: </strong>Remote <b><span style="border:none 1pt;font-size:11pt;padding:0cm;"><span style="line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, 'sans-serif';"><span style="color:#000000;">(Candidates must be from Greater New York Area or East Coast region)</span></span></span></span></b><br><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full-Time<br><strong>Travel:</strong> <span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, 'sans-serif';"><span style="color:#000000;">This role requires some traveling within USA cities, states, and Canada to meet with clients and project requirements. </span></span></span></span>
