Electrical Engineer (Up to $5000) #NKA

Location: Gul Circle

Duration: 2 years contract

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm

Salary: Up to $5000

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment, including wiring, lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
• Perform routine inspections to identify and troubleshoot electrical faults or hazards.
• Ensure all electrical installations comply with relevant codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Test electrical systems using appropriate tools (e.g., multimeters, insulation testers).
• Carry out preventive maintenance and electrical and building equipment as per schedule.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and repairs.
• Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues and participate in on-call duties when required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent certification.
• At least 2-3 years working with relevant experience
• Valid electrician license (if applicable by local authority).
• Proven experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
• Good understanding of electrical safety practices and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Able to lift heavy items and comfortable working at heights.
• Familiar with aircon and chiller systems.
