<p>About the Role</p>
<p>• The Director of Sales leads the high-performing outside sales team in a rapidly growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment.</p>
<p>• This position is instrumental in driving revenue growth, optimizing sales strategies, and ensuring the team achieves exceptional performance.</p>
<p>Responsibilities</p>
<p>• Lead, mentor, and manage an outside sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.</p>
<p>• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.</p>
<p>• Actively participate in closing high-value deals and strengthening client relationships.</p>
<p>• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize business development strategies.</p>
<p>• Identify, recruit, and retain top-tier sales talent; human capital experience is a plus</p>
<p>• Continuously refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.</p>
<p>• Travel domestically and internationally as needed to attend team on-site meetings, customer events, industry conferences, and training sessions; travel may include air travel, ground transportation (cars, taxis, rideshare services), and in some cases public transportation.*</p>
<p>Qualifications</p>
<p>• Proven track record of successful sales leadership, preferably within a BPO or similar industry.</p>
<p>• Experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human capital management is a bonus.</p>
<p>• Previous experience and proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) required.</p>
<p>• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.</p>
<p>• This role requires a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license due to regular travel to client sites and company locations.</p>
<p>• Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel internationally on occasion.</p>
