They lead cross-functional teams, manage high-impact projects, and inspire a high-performing strategy team to deliver exceptional results<br><br><strong>This job is located on-site at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio. <br><br></strong><strong>What You Will Be Doing?<br><br></strong><ul><li>Strategic Planning: Develop and articulate long-term strategies that align with organizational goals, informed by market trends and competitive insights. </li><li>Executive Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership to evaluate and prioritize strategic opportunities, ensuring alignment with business objectives. </li><li>Project Leadership: Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with significant business impact, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution including preparing materials and facilitating workshops.</li><li>Team Development: Build and manage a high-performing team, providing mentorship and fostering professional growth. </li><li>Change Management: Drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring adoption and measurable impact. </li><li>Trend Monitoring: Analyze industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market shifts to inform strategic recommendations <br><br></li></ul><strong>What You Will Need to Bring?<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred </li><li>8–12 years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate strategy, or similar roles (retail, consumer, or omnichannel experience strongly preferred) </li><li>Strategic Vision: Ability to translate complex challenges into actionable strategies that drive growth and innovation.</li><li>Leadership Excellence: Inspires, motivates, and develops a high-performing strategy team. Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.</li><li>Problem Solving: Approaches complex challenges with structured thinking and innovative solutions.</li><li>Stakeholder Engagement: Builds strong relationships with executive leadership, external partners, and cross-functional teams.</li><li>Execution Focus: Ensures timely and high-quality delivery of strategic initiatives and projects</li><li>Business Acumen: Ability to connect strategy to financial outcomes and operational plans </li><li>Communication skills: Ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives for executive audiences </li><li>Ownership and accountability: Ability to “get things done” in a fast-paced environment .
