You will partner closely with Credit Strategy, Capital Markets, and Data teams to ensure forecasts are accurate, explainable, and aligned with business expectations.</span></p>

<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Cambria, serif;">Own forward looking guidance and performance outcomes of material portfolio segments</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Cambria, serif;">Provide scenario analysis and financial impact sizing from changes in credit underwriting and pricing policy.</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Cambria, serif;">Assess macroeconomic trends and adjust expectations accordingly</li>

<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Cambria, serif;">6–10 years in credit risk, loss forecasting or portfolio analytics</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Cambria, serif;">Expertise in forecasting payment default behavior and balance persistency for lending products</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Cambria, serif;">Advanced analytical expertise and business judgment</li>
