About the role

Seeking enthusiastic and customer-service focused individuals to join our dynamic call centre team as a part-time Call Centre (Intern Student) at PMCare Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya, Selangor. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced customer service environment and develop valuable career skills.

What you'll be doing

Answering inbound customer calls and providing exceptional customer service

Resolving customer queries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner

Documenting customer interactions and following up on any outstanding issues

Upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to customers

Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve performance

What we're looking for

Currently enrolled in a university or college programmed

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Adaptability and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,100.00 per month
