Join ZALORA as a Brand Communications Intern to support PR and Social Media campaigns, focusing on creative writing and social media assets.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

Grow and expand social media presence in Hong Kong and Taiwan on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, XHS, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Develop new ideas to enhance current social media presence.
Create/design assets for multiple platforms, including gifs, photography, and graphic design.
Analyze social metrics and deliver insights for content development.
Handle copywriting and scheduling of posts.
Manage community interactions by replying to comments or questions on ZALORA accounts.
Liaise with external vendors such as photographers and makeup artists.
Maintain and grow the ZALORA ambassador program.
Coordinate product loans with industry partners.
Assist in ideating, executing, and reporting on campaign management for ZAP and internal campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have:

Undergraduate or graduate status in Marketing/Communication Studies or related fields.
Proficiency with Adobe Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator; After Effects and Premiere Pro are a bonus.
Willingness to handle ad hoc requests and work on various projects.
Interest and experience in creating IG reels and filming.
Capability in copywriting in simplified Chinese and managing post scheduling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creative writing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Drive functions.
Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
Independence, initiative, resourcefulness, and urgency to meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through on projects.
