We’re not looking for someone who needs hand-holding—we need an operator who adapts quickly, stays focused, and performs at a high level every single day. <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul><li>Make 300 outbound dials per day through our dialer system to engage leads and book qualified appointments. </li><li>Consistently hit daily/weekly performance KPIs for booked calls and conversions. </li><li>Collaborate with closers and leadership to ensure smooth handoffs and elite client experience. </li><li>Work across multiple offers and campaigns with adaptability and precision. </li><li>Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes. </li><li>Apply coaching quickly—our pace requires speed, discipline, and a growth mindset. </li><li>Navigate and leverage tech tools effectively, including: <ul><li>CRM software (proficient) </li><li>Slack (comfortable or quick learner) </li><li>General tech-savviness to operate multiple platforms </li></ul></li></ul> <h2>What We Expect</h2> <ul><li>Proven experience in appointment setting, inside sales, cold calling, or outbound SDR roles. </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Coachability, discipline, and a commitment to personal/professional growth. </li><li>Ability to think fast, handle objections, and adapt in real time. </li><li>A performance-first mentality and the grit to meet metrics every day. </li><li>Self-starter attitude—this role rewards execution, not supervision. </li></ul> <h2>Compensation Structure & Growth Path</h2> <h3>Contractor Role Clarification</h3> This position is offered as an independent contractor role, not as a traditional employee position. Compensation is fully performance-based and tied directly to results generated through appointments (“sets”) created by the setter.
