This role focuses on building and updating Adobe configurations used for audience activation, campaign execution, and marketing measurement. The contractor will also support Adobe Experience Cloud workstreams and provide user support for Adobe tools.<br><br><strong>Work You'll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>The service you will provide, the Deloitte project team as an Adobe Contractor will include:</li><li>Build Adobe Experience Platform schemas, datasets, dataflows, and profile configurations.</li><li>Configure Adobe Journey Optimizer journeys, message templates, and channel settings for email, push, and Short Message Service (SMS).</li><li>Create audiences and activation logic for lifecycle, churn prevention, and propensity-based use cases.</li><li>Translate marketing measurement and activation requirements into AEP and AJO technical designs, including events, attributes, profile enablement, and downstream data use.</li><li>Test, monitor, and update Adobe solutions; document configurations; and provide user support for Adobe tools and practices.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>Required:<br><br></strong><ul><li>2+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).</li><li>2+ years of experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).</li><li>Experience building schemas, datasets, and dataflows in AEP.</li><li>Experience configuring journeys, audiences, and message templates in AJO.</li><li>Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, or Adobe Target.</li><li>Experience working with marketing events, attributes, profile enablement, or activation data.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience supporting email, push, or Short Message Service (SMS) channel configurations.</li><li>Experience creating user documentation or training materials for Adobe tools.</li><li>Experience supporting marketing analytics or audience activation use cases.<br><br></li></ul><strong>The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $55-$65 per hour.</strong><strong> </strong><strong> The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.<br><br></strong><strong>Candidates interested in applying for this opportunity must be geographically based in the United States and must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship</strong>.<br><br><strong>We do not accept agency resumes and are not responsible for any fees related to unsolicited resumes.<br><br></strong><strong>Deloitte is not the employer for this role. <br><br></strong><strong>This work is contracted through a third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.<br><br></strong># LI-CJ2<br><br>#Remote<br><br>Expected Work Schedule<br><br>Approximate hours per week<br><br><strong>About Deloitte<br><br></strong>Our inclusive culture empowers our people to be who they are, contribute their unique perspectives, and make a difference individually and collectively.
