Summary We’re looking for an ambitious Account Executive to own the full inside sales cycle—inbound and outbound—for the North America market. You’ll champion Firework’s innovative solutions to enterprise brands and retailers across diverse industries, driving pipeline from first touch through close and expansion. Working remotely and entirely via phone, video, and digital channels, you’ll be the engine behind our North American growth. This role is ideal for a highly motivated SDR or early-career AE seeking challenge, growth, and real ownership. What you’ll be doing<div> <ul style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding-inline-start: 48px;"> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> Manage the full inside sales cycle—from inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting through product demos, negotiation, and close—entirely via phone, video, and email </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> Drive outbound pipeline generation through targeted outreach to enterprise accounts across North America, leveraging tools like Salesforce, Claude, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> Respond to and qualify inbound inquiries quickly, ensuring a high-quality buyer experience from first contact through conversion </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> Own accurate pipeline data, activity logs, and forecasting in Salesforce; maintain a disciplined cadence of follow-up and pipeline hygiene </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers by deeply understanding their business objectives and connecting Firework’s capabilities to their specific goals </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> Prepare and deliver compelling virtual presentations, product demos, and customized proposals tailored to each prospect’s needs </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Integration Solutions to align on strategy and ensure a seamless customer experience </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> Collaborate with leadership to continuously refine sales processes, playbooks, and messaging for the North America market </li> </ul> </div> We’ll be excited if you have<div> <ul style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding-inline-start: 48px;"> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> <1 year of full-cycle inside sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and quota targets; minimum 1 year as a top-performing SDR </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> Experience managing both inbound and outbound motions in a SaaS or technology environment </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> Comfort working remotely and selling entirely through digital channels (video calls, phone, email, chat) </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> Passion for solution-based selling, consultative approaches, and complex sales methodologies </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> Strong technical aptitude with comfort leveraging AI tools and discussing APIs, SDKs, tag managers, and platform integrations at a conceptual level </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences including executives </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach or Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> Comfortable with change in a high-growth environment; you have natural curiosity and adapt quickly to ambiguity </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> Start-up mentality: team-oriented, empathetic, resilient, and hungry to grow </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"> Spanish speaking a plus </li> </ul> </div> Location The role is remote and based in Mexico Don’t hold back We understand some candidates may see the above and not apply because they don’t meet all the qualifications.
